When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the service without notice.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. Failure to pay fees will result in service termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Moonlight Devs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
