1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email contact@moonlightdevs.com with your account email and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund. Requests must be made within the 7-day window.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, but no further charges will be made. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations outside the initial 7-day window.
4. SLA Credits
For Pro and Business plans, service credits may be issued in the event of an SLA breach. These credits are applied to future billing cycles and are not available as cash refunds.
5. Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who act in bad faith or abuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits.
